Weekend Seattle Visit

November, 2007

Corolla Meet in Auburn.

We had about 60 Corollas show up!

Cold and rainy weather didn't dampen spirits much.

Thanks to Drift Office for the food, drink, and prizes.

The most photographed car of the meet, 20-valve engine, individual throttle bodies, crank-fired ignition, yellow metalflake paint, and hydraulic handbrake will do that for you.

Clean and classy.

Lucas sporting new paint and awesome pulled/rolled stock fenders.

Colors!

Stock red, silver, grey still dominated overall.

Eddie's unreal MarkII wagon ratrod with 400hp Supra engine under the hood!

Luke battling the stubborn lathe.

The evening degenerates to exploring the darker corners of the internet.

Keith seems amused by it.

Luke wasn't convinced.

Feeding the Rickert pigeons the next morning.

How does one determine 'chain length?'

We found a magic gear quite easily.

Coming together and very light. Still to come: true TT bars with tape and brake levers.

Using Lube Job Super Penetrant to loosen our rusty nuts!
