The New AE86: A Vision For the Future
Courtesy of Bryan H.

Bryan's personal concept of a new Toyota FR coupe based on the Altezza platform in the spirit of the AE86.

Bryan based his efforts on a photo of the Altezza, but there have been a lot of changes...more than meets the eye. This is a smaller car than the Altezza, with different dimensions and proportions, but not so much so that they couldn't share some DNA. :) Is such a car really that far-fetched? I'd like to think not, and it isn't that big a leap from where Toyota is now in terms of figures or technology. See what you think...from here, this is all Bryan's:
I would also like to see something like this for the rest of the car's spec sheet...

Remember that this car is not an official Toyota prototype or concept, but rather the vision of some enthusiasts who hope that someone will build a car for them! :-) Bryan admits that he made up the spec sheet, but I think it sounds pretty good...not a bad place to start, anyway.
If you like what you see, send Bryan an email, but most importantly, let Toyota know, too!
